Ideation

The brief was to create a commercial of a brand product into a Movie Commercial with animate.

My product of choice was Meiji Apollo Chocolate, as I was a big fan of the brand and sweets.

​

As I did some research I realised that Meiji's commercials weren't really suitable to attract kids. Therefore I made a version of my own to

promote it.

Concept

I wanted to promote a DIY kit of a rocket that was design by a Kirigami artist, HARUKIRU with every 2 boxes of the chocolate being purchased.

​

During the process of making the film I had to make my own version of the rocket and a 2D mascot turntable asset of their existing Mascot character.
