I reserve the right to decline an order if the character is something I cannot draw / draw well. Every work is drawn according to my capability & styles / preferences.

I do NOT accept commissions with hardcore R-18 Content & extreme offensive themes, No full mecha, NO monsters [except slimes or simple designs.], NO Gore [Menhera Kei OK]

Publishing & privatization of commissions can be discussed, especially for marketing & debut purposes. Just be sure to inform beforehand & DM Riyou_Kisa if she can stream your art, as the majority will be streamed.

Everything will be paid through KO-FI internationally. Local will pay by PAYLAH / PAYNOW

The commission will only start after the first payment has been made, no payment = no work started.

Changing characters is allowed if RK3-ART hasn't started on your commission. Please ask first if she has started or not!

You will receive only full resolution digital files of the commission. No physical item will be shipped to your home address.

In Process of work, Screenshots will be provided + status description of the progress.

Do not harass RK3-ART any additional request for an update than what is given will NOT be entertained.

Revisions/edit limits [Refer to F.A.Q. 0.5 for a simple breakdown]

A limit of 1 revisions / edits.

1 chance for minor adjustments in the finishing stages (including hues, painting in missing details, etc).

Any more than 2 edits will lead to Extra charge.

No major changes that will affect the overall composition of the piece are allowed in the finishing stage, more than a simple change will lead to a new full price charge as it is considered as a new piece of work.

Redistribution & Commercialisation

NO reselling, redistributing / Minting [NFT] of RK3-ART
Concept RIGHTS will belong to artist & client.

Nothing made by RK3-ART may be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

Nothing made by RK3-ART may be used in AI learning, to include art generators,"mimic" or future inventions in the space.

All prices include rights to commercial use, NO printing allowed / turning into merchandise DM for a quote & discussion.

Do not claim full credit of the artwork's creation. While the commissioner has ownership of the artwork, RK3-ART retain certain rights such as artist credits and being able to publish the art in their personal portfolio & social media. Link the artist’s relevant social media account/s when crediting.

RK3-ART keeps ownership to copyrights to artwork and retains rights to feature the image in on social media, as well as physical printed works such as illustration books/zines. For physical printed works, the artwork will never be used without the client’s permission beforehand.

Commercial license:
NO redistribution or selling of the works
Examples of commercials include, blogs, advertisement agencies, corporate usage & anything that is monetized.
A Commercial license is the standard licensing option for organizations and business entities.
The Commissioner only has web publishing rights & is only allowed to be the sole user.
Merchandising a product that is not an “Illustration” category may be allowed. Rates vary, email me for a quote.

A Personal license is an option for private individuals who purchase a license with their own funds, and solely for their own use.

Frequently asked questions
01 Can I stack my requests?
Yes, you may stack your requests. Do note that it does not mean all work deadlines are the same as I work on them simultaneously so deadlines may extend longer than usual.
02 Why is there such a long turnover date but sometimes you deliver fast??
It is to make sure I have room to work on several of the same products or rest. Some days I work on my own projects to keep myself motivated & in a creative state to draw.
There are also days that accidents or unexpected situations happen, so it is best for me to take a breather if such a case happens.
03 When will I receive an update?
04 Am I allowed to do revisions after receiving the product?
No. For every request of revision, it will be an additional cost of $10 USD.
If a request is more than a minor change. It will be categorized as a new order request.
05 What is considered a minor change?

07 Will this be worked on stream?

A privacy Fee of 10% - 20% will be required.
